As an eight grade science teacher I was challenged with making my class fun and engaging! Considering eight grader's number one thought was making it to high school my plan was to build lessons that involved working collaobratively with High School students. I remember my Agriculture teacher in the 8th grade taking us on field trips in the woods to collect leaves to identify trees. It was a memory that has stayed with me for all these years. I am sure that your students will look back on that experience and cherish it. Converting a bus into a greenhouse....How exciting!
